We verify the business is real
Every listing is cross-checked against a town directory, the Chamber of Commerce, or the Better Business Bureau — not just a search result.
We pull the public rating
Star ratings and review counts come from Google, Angi, HomeAdvisor, or BBB. We link directly to the source so you can read the actual reviews yourself.
We say so when there isn't one yet
New or independent pros without a public rating are labeled "not yet publicly rated" rather than left off — or worse, given a made-up score.
